We are a well established salon in the gorgeous village of Wye near Ashford, Kent. I have been at the salon for over 10 years now & truly love my job & our fantastic clients. We use L'oréal Professionnel products & colours to make sure you leave looking and feeling your best.
No Show Policy
Due to a high number of no shows in the salon, unfortunately we have had to implement our cancellation policy more strictly. If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be required to pay 50% of the missed service cost before another appointment can be booked & a 50% deposit will need be paid for the next appointment. Of course emergencies happen but we have had too many appointments missed recently to not implement something to cover ourselves.
Beauty Works Extensions
Gemma is trained in all Beauty Works micro ring methods. Prices vary depending on colour/length/amount of hair needed for desired result. An in depth consultation and quotation will be carried out prior to the fitting appointment of any extensions.
